AMY DAVENPORT
Working in real estate is Amy’s dream job come true. Her passion for all things real estate began twenty years ago in the banking industry as she transitioned from a sales manager to a loan officer. Using her natural ability to sell and her relationship connections with financial clients, she quickly became one of the top home equity lenders in the region. After taking a break to raise her family, it became time to embark on a second career. With a desire to help both buyers and sellers with one of the most important transactions of their lives, she completed her licensure in real estate and joined the Rosenfeld Reality Group.
An upstate native, Amy grew up in Spartanburg and attended Converse College before moving to Greenville. She and her husband have two children and a goldendoodle. When she is not on the soccer field cheering on her kids or volunteering in their schools, Amy finds time to enjoy all the amazing things Greenville has to offer. She believes that the Greenville area is a perfect place to live because of the family-friendly environment, the flourishing economic growth and the emerging local art and entertainment scene.
